Women in God’s Service (WinGS)
Women like to have fun. We like to learn new things. We like to eat (who doesn’t??). We like to let our creative juices flow. But we have a serious side too, a side that cares about each other, a side that hurts when others hurt, a side that deeply desires to help.
And at Charlotte First Baptist, God uses us. God speaks to us through His word and through other believers; we listen for His calling and step out in faith. Sometimes that’s scary, but we believe our God is faithful.
We are a group of sinners, but we have repented of our sins and because God loves us, He forgives us. He sent His Son to die so that all who call on the name of Jesus will be saved.
Looking for community? Come visit us. You’ll hear a sermon from our pastor that is filled with biblical truth that isn’t sugar-coated, every. single. Sunday. Our ladies meet every 3rd Sunday of the month, right after church. We work, we plan, we pray, we have fun, and we love on each other.

Our first meeting of 2026 was a busy one! We mapped out a plan for ministry that will allow us to serve many in our community and within our church body. It’s exciting to see the spirit of unity that our church has. Jesus Christ is the head of our church, and each of us has a job to do as part of the body. We are ready to work side by side each other, under the leadership of Jesus. We also took some time to do a little stamping - we made some of the cutest Valentine cards!
